Ann-Marie was born and raised in Little Rock, AR. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Education at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville (Go Hogs!) and received a Master’s of Science in Speech Pathology from the University of North Texas. Initially, she worked several years in adult rehab, and then transitioned to home health, hospitals, clinical settings, early intervention and eventually the schools. Throughout her career, she has completed additional education in autism, auditory impairment and assistive technology. She, her husband and son moved to north Texas in 2011 and they love living here. (Go Cowboys!) She is finishing her 20th year in the field of speech pathology and she has enjoyed working with children who have a diversity of needs and diagnoses. Some specific training certifications she obtained include: Pragmatic Organization Dynamic Display (PODD), various Lindamood Bell programs, Proloquo2Go and The Listening Program. She is fluent in Visual-Phonics and the use of PECS. As an SLP, she also addresses areas such as articulation, voice, stuttering, oral motor and swallowing. One of her favorite passions is our TOP social groups. She believes in evaluating and treating the whole child while providing support and guidance for families.
Sarah received her B.S. in Psychology from Abilene Christian University, her M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University and her Master’s of Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She has spent her career teaching life and relationship skills to couples and teens, conducting research on non-medication ADHD interventions for children, and assisting families in navigating the stormy waters of Alzheimer’s Disease. Sarah is excited to return to her first love - working with children - after spending some time working with adults in inpatient rehabilitation. Sarah has worked with children with a variety of needs including sensory integration, attention deficits, learning difference, feeding difficulties, fine motor deficits and developmental delay. She is thrilled to be joining TOP Pediatric and begin working with such special children and families.

Michelle graduated with her Bachelor's of Art in Dance from the University of North Texas in 2005 and, shortly thereafter, attended Texas Women's University at Dallas to receive her Master's in Occupational Therapy in 2009. Michelle is trained in Interactive Metronome and Handwriting without Tears. In addition she is SIPT (Sensory Integration and Praxis Test) certified. She has worked in the school setting and, has specialized in pediatric clinics with a sensory integration focus. Michelle has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses including ADD/ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, PDD (pervasive developmental disorder), Dyspraxia, Sensory Integration deficits and handwriting difficulties.
Delila joined Top Pediatric Therapy as our Office Manager in June of 2017.

Betsy received her BA in Psychology from Austin College and received her Master’s of Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She has always had a special place in her heart for people with children and has been lucky to have been provided early learning and growing oppportunities that directed her to the field of occupational therapy. She has been a counselor for 20 years at a summer camp for teenagers (now adults) with special needs and gotten to work with amazing people. Betsy has several certifications including SIPT (Sensory Integration and Praxis Testing), Interactive Metronome, The Listening Program, InTime, Beckman Oral Motor and has taken several classes from the Upledger Institute in the Craniosacral Therapy curriculum. She has also partcipated in the Level I mentorship program at the STAR Center in Denver Colorado and was fortunate to learn from Dr. Lucy Jane Miller, OTR/L and Dr. Sarah Schoen, OTR/L. In addition to her work as an occupational therapist, Betsy has several years experience working as an ABA (behavioral) therapist and is happy to incorporate applied behavior analysis techniques as needed. Betsy has experience working with a variety of children with different diagnoses including Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, ADD/ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Dyslexia and other learning and motor disorders. She pulls from all her knowledge and training as she strives to create the most innovative and individualized treatment for her clients.
When not at TOP Pediatric Therapy, Betsy enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter.

Megan was born and raised in a small country town outside of Boulder, Colorado. She received her BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and graduated with her Master's of Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University. Megan has over 15 years of experience working with children. She discovered her calling while working with children in foster care where she observed the desperate need for occupational therapy. Certifications include Interactive Metronome and Handwriting Without Tears. Megan is newly married and adjusting to the Texas lifestyle with her husband. While visiting home, she enjoys hiking, camping, backpacking, and snowboarding. She is thrilled to join TOP Pediatric Therapy and help children and their families transform their potentials. .
Gail completed her Master's in Occupational
Therapy at Texas Woman's University-Dallas in December. She was led to
pursue this degree after working with children with special needs wanted to
find new ways to assist children and their families. Gail has experience
integrating sensory diets into the classroom setting, creating
accommodations to increase participation in the education process and with
advocating for 504 and special education IEP strategies. She is trained in
Handwriting without Tears and was introduced to First Stroke strategies in
her summer fieldwork with the creator of that program. Gail has experience
working with children with ADD/ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Sensory
Integration deficits, Dyspraxia, PANDAS, Spina Bifida, Developmental Delays
and Fine Motor/Handwriting delays/difficulties. She looks forward to
